Factory finishes for the most part are all about quick output, more than perfection. Here at MPC, our finishes are all hand-applied with more coating thickness than factories apply, and each and every part is inspected to insure total customer satisfaction.

“It’s all in the prep” is what we focus on at MPC. Just like any other painting job, you need to spend adequate time in making sure the product is white-glove-clean, free of defects, abraded, and properly dried prior to even thinking of applying the powder coating. This step is where you win or lose the final result.

Powder coating is really tough and will last for many years as long as it’s applied correctly. This is our edge! We focus on quality! We don't do shortcuts because they always come back to bite you. We monitor every aspect of the application and inspect your items multiple times during the process to make sure the powder coating will be maintenance-free and your product/project will look “brand new” for years to come.

We have TWO of the largest ovens in Colorado measuring, 10’ wide x 8’ tall and 20’ long giving us the ability to cure large objects or parts that others cannot begin to handle. Most coaters have 1 oven - we have 2 ovens and 2 spray booths - ensuring our turnaround time is as short as possible.
